A Beautiful Practice For All Your Dental Needs
Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
What To Expect At Your First Appointment
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
At your first appointment you can expect to be at our office for approximately an hour. For an adult patient, we will begin with a full set of digital x-rays. Our Dexis Platinum sensor allows us to perform this in about ten minutes with minimal radiation. These x-rays are important at the initial appointment so the doctor can see all of your teeth. For your six month check ups, we take bitewing x-rays which are two on your right side and two on your left. These x-rays are the best method to detect cavities in between the teeth, tartar below the gum line, and bone loss.
At your first visit, the doctor will perform a clinical exam and should you need any treatment, the doctor will review your options and will work with you to develop a treatment plan. Our patient care and finance coordinator will provide you with a treatment plan detailing what your cost would be including what your particular insurance plan covers.
What about my cleaning? Concerning your cleaning, it depends on the amount of tartar the doctor is seeing. If there is just tartar at the gum line and above, the doctor and assistant will perform a thorough, prophylactic cleaning that same day. For patients that have been on a regular regiment, most of the time, this is all that is needed. If some time has passed since your last professional cleaning and the doctor detects tartar below the gum line, a deeper cleaning treatment may be recommended which you would be re-appointed for. Once the doctor has reviewed your x-rays and performed your exam they will recommend the type of cleaning that will best suit you!
We kindly ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. You may also prepare your new patient forms before your appointment. You can find these forms under the patient resources tab at the top of this page. During your appointment, to make your experience as comfortable as possible, we offer relaxation music and Netflix programming. With our LCD TVs on the ceiling, you can watch your favorite show the whole time! We look forward to meeting you!
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least two days notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
